TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

By accessing or using BABE'S COMIC ART MUSEUM ("Museum"), including its website, online exhibits, collections, archives, educational materials, and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Mission
BABE'S COMIC ART MUSEUM exists to preserve, exhibit, study, and promote comic art while supporting creativity, education, artistic expression, inclusion, cultural understanding, and respect for the equal dignity, liberty, and rights of all people.
2. Educational Purpose
The Museum operates as an educational, historical, archival, research, and informational resource. Content is provided to encourage learning, artistic appreciation, and public understanding of comic art and its creators.
3. Intellectual Property
The Museum owns certain original artwork, educational materials, exhibit text, website content, and other Museum-created materials.
The Museum may also display artwork, characters, trademarks, logos, publication covers, trading card imagery, names, and other intellectual property owned by third parties, including but not limited to:
• Marvel Comics
• DC Comics
• IDW Publishing
• Dark Horse Comics
• Floating World Comics
• Topps
• Upper Deck
• Fleer Ultra
• Centennial School District R-1
• Individual artists, writers, creators, publishers, licensors, and rights holders
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, license, or approval is claimed or implied unless expressly stated.
4. Educational Display and Fair Use
Third-party intellectual property displayed by the Museum is presented solely for educational, historical, archival, research, scholarship, commentary, criticism, informational, and public exhibition purposes.
The Museum does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property displayed for educational or historical purposes.
If a rights holder believes content infringes upon their rights, they may contact the Museum for prompt review and good-faith resolution.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
• Violate applicable laws;
• Infringe upon the rights of others;
• Engage in harassment, threats, discrimination, hatred, or violence;
• Upload malicious code or interfere with Museum operations;
• Misrepresent ownership of artwork, content, or intellectual property; or
• Use Museum content for unlawful purposes.
The Museum reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
Museum content is provided "as is" and "as available." The Museum makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of any content or service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BABE'S COMIC ART MUSEUM, its volunteers, contributors, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Museum or its content.
8. Changes to Terms
The Museum may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Museum after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
